completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical epidemiology at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT, followed by an internal medicine residency at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, MA. He then pursued subspecialization through a gastrointestinal and hepatology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD, and the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, where he also was an associate instructor in internal medicine. He recently served as an assistant professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University school of medicine in Cleveland and an attending gastroenterologist prior to joining AdventHealth.
