WORST Customer service EVER! I had an appt scheduled with periodontist Dr. Thomas. On day of appt, staff called me NON-STOP to see if I could come earlier d/t cancellations. However, I could not come earlier because I had other appointments scheduled prior to my dental appointment. Instead of the periodontist keeping my appt I had scheduled, he left for the day because he "did not want to wait since there were so many cancellations" and my appointment was the only scheduled appt in the afternoon the day of my appointment. My appt was scheduled at 1:30 PM and the Periodontist left at 12:30 pm.... Seriously? He could not wait 1 hour for MY scheduled appt. It's called go to lunch for an hour! THEN the staff @ this Dental Works location has the audacity to ask me to reschedule my appointment since the periodontist left for the day, not wanting to wait for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! Are you kidding me???? As if I would reschedule and spend my money at a place with unprofessional medical providers. My guess is if this office has SO MANY cancellations, then maybe it's due to poor customer service and pricing! Completely unprofessional! AS a FYI, if a Dental Works patient does not show for a scheduled appt, Dental Works charges the patient $35 which is outlined in the new patient documents that new patients sign off on before their 1st appt at Dental Works. Maybe I should send a bill to Dental Works; addressed to Periodontist, Dr. Thomas charging him $35! Seems fair enough! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!
