DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I took my car to them for a trans rebuild they said they did 4th gear was not working (known problem on that year car). After I got it back 4th gear was fine but the lockup would go in and out (raising the rpm's by 50) I took it back to them on day 2 and several more times and they would not fix the problem. It might have been a good price but they do not care after they finish and get their money. I like professionals and they are not professionals

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER putting your trust into this mess of a business. They have charged us for a repair and delivered us the car back in the same state we brought it to them, saying we needed to take it somewhere else because they could not service the problem. They also could not produce the used parts the claimed needed repair. They have yet to return our payment. The entire length of time they had the car we really were dealing with incompetent and unprofessional people. We even went on vacation for over a week and they didn't bother to start the repair until we returned and called to pick up the car. It still took a few more days from there for the unrepaired car to be returned. The owner never once found it in himself to call us about the issue and attempt to make things right. There are some places you can't imagine how they are in business. After three weeks of their malarkey I realize this is one of them. DISGUSTING!

Many people had given me great reviews about this shop especially in regard to their promptness and professionalism, so when I needed work done I took my car to them. I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Mark and have never had anything less than excellent service! I have recommended Mark and his shop to everyone I know.

I have done business with Mark multiple times. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! He has built stock and performance transmissions for me and I've always been a happy customer.

I never go out of my way to write any reviews but I was so shocked at this company's horrible service and I would hate for even my worst enemy to go through what I had to deal with. I heard a couple of good things about this place and even the tow truck driver had nice things to say, so I had my 2003 Yukon Denali towed there to have my transmission rebuilt. Five days later, on a Thursday, it was ready for pick up. I picked it up that Friday after hours (when I got off of work). I drove it not even five minutes and immediately started noticing all kinds of crazy things happening with it. I had my kids with me, no phone at the time so pretty upset to say the least. With the help from family and an uncomfortable as well as unsafe drive back to their location, I dropped my truck off. Not something I thought I would be doing after just paying $1500 for their services. I had to wait until Monday to call as they are not open on Saturdays. I spoke to Mark today and I arranged to have my truck towed to another repair shop. He was very defensive and wouldn't let me get a word in. He told me that they are a transmission shop and that there are other things wrong with my truck. When I asked him if they even bothered to test drive it and if so, for how long. He stated they did test drive it for 15 minutes and it only stalled out on them once so he didn't say nothing. How he would think that wasn't an important factor that a car stalled out after just getting $1500 of transmission work done is beyond me. I find it hard to believe that it was driven for 15 minutes either when I drove for 5 minutes and had numerous problems. I hate to be sexist, but being a girl, it is already hard to trust any car spot since they don't think we know anything. Mark landed up hanging up the phone on me and when I went to call back, they said he was on another call. I left a message to call me back ASAP and I never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So disgusted with their service, trying to reverse the charges on my credit card is going to be another hassle in all this mess!
