Deckmasters are the best. We had many special requests with our build and it was no problem for the crew. They started the job when they said they would and finished right on time too. They really know what they're doing as highly skilled craftsmen. Our deck looks better than we had ever imagined. I recommend Deckmasters because I really do believe they are the best.

Met Alex at the Home and Garden show and had our deck installed a couple months later. Alex and his crew are top notch - prompt, polite, clean, and all business. Once the project started, they stayed right with it until completion. Kept the yard very neat during construction, and inconvenience to the bare minimum. We are extremely happy with the new deck. They had to blend it into a couple old structures we were keeping and they did a marvelous job of attaching the two together seamlessly. I'd definitely recommend Alex and his crew to anyone interested in a quality deck.

You get what you pay for. Ours is a simple 13' x 13' deck, Alex and his crew did a professional job and built us a sturdy deck that we will use for years. Always on time and once we made the building inspector happy, everything went as planned. Deck was installed ahead of schedule!

Alex and his crew just completed our deck and it is absolutely beautiful. The whole process, from getting an estimate to the completion of the project,went off without a hitch. They were even able to start and complete our deck over a month ahead of schedule. Deckmasters exceeded my expectations with the job they completed at my house. They were able to build a staircase of 45 steps down a step embankment behind my house. Their employees were professional and hard working. Two of the four companies that I received quotes from refused to tackle the project because they thought it was just too difficult. I would recommend Deckmasters to anyone, they really did an outstanding job.

Simply put, Deckmasters did a great job on our deck, we had some curious neighbors come by to see the finished product, they could not believe our deck was so beautiful and so well constructed.

I checked 4 or 5 deck companies at the Cleveland home and garden show this spring. I asked 4 to give me their ideas at my lake home. Three followed through. Alex and his Deck Masters team were heads above the rest. Alex listened to what I wanted. He made several visits, work on some drawings, and made great suggestions. We signed the deal. Considering the horrible weather this spring, I was surprised when they started a few days early and finished ahead of schedule as well. The price was very good. The end cost exactly as quoted-except for a couple things that I added once they started. They are good honest people. Their work mimics cabinet makers. two thumbs up!! kd
