Daughter in law bought a way overpriced bra for a wedding and when the fitter told her she didn't need one only one day later. David bridal would not take it back... Really all sales are final!! They knew how to run a business they would have taken it back!!! Try Bridal and Tuxedo... Prices better and they are fair !!

I went to this davids bridal and the service was absolutely horrible. My wedding was months away, I had 3 of my girls with me, my wedding planner and coordinator, mother, and mother in law. When I came in, I was not greeted. The consultant that I was given acted like she did not want to work with me (I guess since I was a younger bride), she did not invest proper time with me. My girls did not receive any help in the fitting rooms, I, the bride, was running picking and getting dresses for them myself- the consultant was not around. Compared to the other davids bridal this is the least favorite, most discriminative, most unorganized one I have been to. And after we placed our orders, no one contacted me on the status of the dresses I ordered. When I called they told me their policy of paying half for the dress before the order is sent, and I had no idea of this policy, I was not told of it. Again, maybe because I was a young bride. So I was in panic, stressed, and angry that my wedding was about a month away and the dress order was not even out. The manager also did not try to work with me or understand what had happened.
I do Not recommend this davids bridal to any bride, Especially young brides. Their dresses aren't even Cute!!! And their bridal gowns are plane Jane Horrible!!! What I DO recommend is Coming Attractions in Akron :) they have a Wide selection of bridal gowns- more diverse in style, designer etc than davids bridal. Their bridesmaids dresses are very nice too!! Very cute, very modern, and very stylish!!
