Provided by YP.comSome drivers not consistent in pick up times. Also, they don't call you if they broke down and not able to pick up. Have been suspended more than once from Medicaid waiver for non-compliance. Some, not all, drivers do not understand the consumers they are dealing with thus causing communication problems.
