Provided by YP.comTheir accounting system has not worked since I let a storage space in 2002. Desipite paying in advance by check, I received continuous telephone messages reminding me about my rent being overdue. I finally gave in, bought a ticket back to Cleveland from the West coast just to move out of the storage. Now I am waiting on a 3 months rent refund! Lottsa luck on ever seeing it.
In sum, incompetency and dishonesty are not a winning combination for business owners.
