Superior to all my expectations! I have been to other audiologist and always got the impression they just want to sell you a hearing aid. The staff at Connect Hearing immediately put me at ease and made me feel like more than just a buyer. The audiologist took her time testing me and then explaining my options. She even referred me to an ENT to make sure I didn't have anything else wrong with my hearing. All my follow ups have been equally pleasant.
