Section 8 - CMHA Renovator A+++ Service and Workmanship

Excellent service, fast and reliable. I called on this company to help resolve a section 8 -CMHA violation I received on a tenant property. The violation stated I had defective paint, lead in paint, I am not vary savvy with this lingo so I was delighted to communicate with Cleveland Lead Contractor the support staff specialist made it very easy for me to understand my problem. They offered a very fair price to complete the job, and made sure to complete the job prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection went smoothly. Thank you A++++
