Mrs. Q....being arrogant and demanding will only get you lousy service...you were to busy being demanding to figure it out. I did not want your business because of it...my BBB rating after being in business for 33. Years is A+..have a blessed life..

Paid $25 fee towards installation for installer to measure job and provide estimate. 1 week passed and did not hear from installer. Was told at 5pm on Friday that installer may come on Sat but could not be certain or provide a time. Requested a refund. Instead of crediting my debit card, I was charged $25 a 2nd time. Went into store to request a $50 credit but it never appeared on my bank statement. Only the two separate $25 debits. Shady business tactics; unprofessional dealings. What professional just shows up at your home to measure without scheduling an appointment and then charge you twice for no service and think they can get away with it? Charmin Carmen. The sad part is that I planned to spend quite a bit of money with this company. They actually have a decent selection of flooring.
