I needed to have sharpened a hedge trimmer with an unusual tooth and blade design. Mr. Chapman, who has been a mechanic since childhood, had never seen or sharpened this model of trimmer before, but he did have the tools and experience to do an excellent job. He quoted me a fair price initially over the phone, and that was exactly what I paid when I picked it up 48 hours later. I will not hesitate to bring my lawnmower and other equipment to him for servicing in the future.

Chris is really helpful. He will come pick up your unit, let you know the issue and work hard to give you the best result for your piece of equipment. Other places in cleveland are not helpful and will gauge you on pick up fees. Chris knows his craft and will help you.

Brought my old snapper rear engine rider back to life. Chris went the extra mile to get it done and did so in a timely manner. Communication was easy. Would definitely take my mower or trimmer to him again for service.
