I visited this store this morning. I was waited on someone named Gary who seems to be the manager. His customer

service skills could use improvment. I work in customer service and know just giving a little extra brings people

back as repeat customers. It also brings new business. People who are happy and felt their business means something

return and bring friends. It seems to ask for something extra like jelly or ketchup is a big deal...maybe handing the

customer their food instead of saying there it is. And instead of leaving ketchup on counter how about asking if they would like ketchup or jelly and handing these items to the customer instead of throwing in the bag. I know it's not a expensive place to eat but we should all have pride in our work and go the extra mile to make a customer feel great about eating at burger king..Also by looking around at the employees there is a sad atmosphere..I believe you should want to come to work and give your best...and have someone also appreciate you...Just a suggestion. He really didn't do anything wrong per say but I will not be returning to this store or recommended to my friends.
