MetroHealth Buckeye Health Center opened March 21, 2005 and is the fourth strategically placed neighborhood health care center designed under the 'retail model.' The 25,000 square-foot site is located adjacent to Buckeye Plaza and provides the following primary medical services: adult medicine (internal medicine), pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology. With the opening of the new MetroHealth Buckeye Health Center, the facility established a chronic disease management program supported by a $10 million grant from the Saint Luke's Foundation.
