Went in for a wheel alignment instead of owner telling me he dont recommend me getting an alignment before I get a full set of tires....he performed the wheel alignment with my bald tires. Process took an hour.
My car was still sliding on pavement there after. I took to other tire shot to find out BROWNS TIRES should NOT have performed a WHEEL ALIGNMENT without assuring me it would be a waste of time. Due to my tires needing to be changed due to over-wear. Instead the owner was THIRSTY and took my $60. He did give me a warranty for service. Okay I had my tires changed all four and went to Browns to receive another alignment. With four good tires. The car road good to shop as soon as i left i realized a slight float and slide over small bumps in road. Im a woman and dont advice you get any service from them except tires which i havent purchased from them. IM NO PROFESSIONAL TIRE DIAGNOSER OR MECHANIC. WITH EXPERTISE THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT PERFORMED THE JOB DUE TO THE BAD TIRES THAT WERE ON MY CAR. IT WAS A SLOW DAY THAT DAY I HEARD HIM SAY TO AN EMPLOYEE SO IM ASSUMING HE DIDNT PERFORM HIS JOB AS A PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE BUSINESS WAS SLOW THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM NOT EVEN A USED TIRED IT MAY BE DEFECTED AND HE MAY STILL PUT ON YOUR CAR JUST FOR A SALE!!!!!
NOT HAPPY WITH THE TIME WASTED OR MONEY SPENT THERE :-/
