To echo previous reviews the Brooks Brothers store located in downtown Cleveland is extremely impressive. I have been a loyal Brooks Brothers fan for many years but experienced very poor customer service from store associate - John Doyle. I attempted to return several dress shirts do to quality issues but was mocked by Mr. Doyle. He provided terrible customer services, snide remarks and had an overall poor attitude. In the end John would not stand behind the BB product and I was not offered " Best in Class Service. " I recommend not working with John Doyle and would consider purchasing your attire from a company that stands behind their product.
