Unbelievably RUDE!!

I was in a good mood when I called to ask a question because my insurance company told me to go to them for my repair, but I wasn't sure which department I needed. I started to describe the issue and the receptionist condescendingly said "you need the service department, but he's on the phone right now. Call back in ten minutes *click*" She HUNG UP on me before I could even get out the word "ok", which was going to be followed by a "thank you". A receptionist that hangs up on people? She doesn't deserve her job.



Then, I called back later, only to find out she didn't tell me the right department to begin with.... so I get transferred to the body shop. I prefaced my question by stating that I had my car damaged, needed some work and was inquiring on how long it would take because I need a car rental while mine was in the shop. Before I could even say what the work to be done was, the $^@%* on the other end says with an attitude, "Well that's a very unfair question. I don't even know what's wrong with your car[...]" He was less of a &^%$ after he shut up long enough for me to continue where I left off to describe what the issue was, but too little too late.



Thanks to their "stellar" service, I will NEVER take a car there and I advise you do the same. People this condescending and rude don't deserve your money.

With all the hype surrounding the 2011 Ford Fiesta, I decided to go to my local Cleveland Ford dealer, Bob Gillingham Ford to check one out in person. The sales person, John, was extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer my many questions about the car. I was really happy with the information I got and I was even able to test drive the new 2011 Fiesta. I was really impressed by it. I didnt go to the dealership with plans to buy, I just wanted to learn more and was very happy with the information I received. When I got home I visited the Bob Gillingham Ford Website, I couldnt believe how nice it was. They even ship cars overseas. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family, and when its time for me to buy a new Ford car, Ill definitely go buy here.

As a classic car enthusiast, I love the selection they have at Bob Gillingham Ford. They always have some great cars on their lot - from classic Mustangs and Camaros to vintage autos from the 1930s! They have even more online and through their eBay store. This is one dealership that caters to classic car owners. Its a great place to just browse or find the classic of your dreams. The annual classic car show is in September and its always a great time. If youre looking for a vintage ride I highly recommend Bob Gillingham!

I'm on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, was pleased that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I'm very happy with it.

I can't believe how many new Ford trucks and cars they have at Bob Gillingham Ford. They have such a wide variety, I had a hard time deciding which vehicle to test drive.
