I love shopping at this store! Outstanding staff. Beautiful bedding and home decor that I don't find anywhere in Cleveland. Thanks for helping me with my lovely Sferra bedding and my Giza sheets. I stay in bed a little longer every morning because of those sheets!

I thought retailers had learned that having salespeople shadow you just drove customers away. And I felt bad because the boss was hovering over the staff.



I went in looking for something different than is carried at a chain and left empty-handed vowing never to support a place that treats customers and staff so poorly.

It is a shame and amazing that in this economy that an owner can treat it's potential clients so poorly. I went into the store on two different occasions, as I thought the first time I was treated rudely, they might be having a bad day, so I went back. I went again looking for bedding for five, different beds in a newly purchase home. The reaction when I tried to take some items home to try was abominable. I walked out. I would not give them my business because of their extremely rude service and lack of trying to accommodate their customers.
