When Mr. Wilbert Black, was living this was a class A salon. Mr. Black was a professional in every aspect. I was a client of Mr. Black for twenty-two years. It is sad that his son did not inherit Mr. Black's professionalism. The shop could have been better if what the client wanted was a priority.
