This "business" is, at best, an annoyance. At worst, it's a fund raising scam. The person calls and represents himself as a Cleveland Police Officer. The Cleveland Police have been notified of his actions. A complaint has also been registered with the Ohio Secretary of State and The Cleveland Better Business Bureau. The person making the calls is rude, and persistent. THIS PERSON IS NOT A POLICE OFFICER! Deserves 0 stars.
