Tucked away a few blocks west of the Cleveland Clinic, you won't find any of the usual flash and presentation you would expect from a chain box retailer, but the bargain is there if you want a reliable used appliance without the logistics of finding that buddy with a pick-up truck available at the last minute to help haul a 200+ lbs. machine out of a basement.



They're located in an old rundown brick building and the entrance is just a side door with no windows. Yet from the moment we walked in the salesperson was friendly and informative, the appliances were neatly arranged on the floor, and we were treated with respect and honesty. The item we wanted, a washer, with delivery was just over $200 dollars, and removal of the old washer free. They were even able to deliver it on the same day, install it, and it came with a six month warranty! (Try to get those conditions from a college student who has to move out in two days). So far, the washer works great.



In short, if you care more about saving money and time than what the store looks like, you don't need something brand new, and you want terrific service at an excellent price: this place should be on your short list for appliances.
