A few years ago I went to a local "family owned" beauty salon. I asked for a medium cut with layers. I ended up with a very short cut (lots of layers, but none longer than 2 inches) and a tail in the back. For years I didn't get my hair cut and when I finally did I went to Best Cuts. I've been going there for years, but just recently started going to the one in Parma. I've been satisfied each time I went there even though I always get someone different. They do exactly what I need and they never complain if I choose something "out of a book" like some salons do. Their price is good too. If you sign up for their online haircut reminder service, you get an online coupon which you can just print out and bring with you. The last time I went in, I got a haircut and styling gel that was on clearance and walked out paying less than $20.00! Great price and great quality. The only thing I have to say that could be a bit negative is that when you go there, be prepared to wait. Sure, this is a bit annoying, but trust me, they spend a lot of time with you making sure they perfect your hair, and they never rush just because they are busy. And the fact that they are so busy says a lot for their business. People wait just to get their haircut, even though there are many other places nearby and inside the mall. This says a lot for their quality. I trust them :)
