BEWARE! It was my first time using this company, I was recommended by a friend. The person who took care of me was N. Assad! I was quoted a price of 155 but learned I was charged more after months of filing. I was given no receipt, no copies of my return. I wasn't told I owed the state anything. The reason why I didn't get copies of my return was because he didn't want to print them because it was to many papers. After speaking with many tax services they laughed and were in shock that's what I was told. I was suppose to get an email of my return, never got it. I called multiple times over a month asking where my email was with the returns and no one returned my calls. I went back to the company and it was closed. I finally got my email of copies and after getting a letter from the state I owed money. Then found out from the email that they charged me more than what I was told at the visit.
