Ordered a recliner. Was delivered on time and I love it!! Going to be back soon . To look at a new bed.

Basista helped us find exactly what we were looking for to fit our budget AND delivered it free and quickly. We will be recommending Basista to friends and family and will return whenever we're needing furniture!

Basista chose not to tell me an item will be on sale in one week. They did tell my parents not knowing they were related. Go figure. So their pricing is very biased to say the least. So, I ended up going to Fish furniture that not only ALSO had it on sale, but they have free delivery and set-up and a year warranty if there's something wrong with it. How about that!

just recently moved to Ohio and just stopped in the Basista Furniture store to look around. The staff were polite and let me wonder around from room to room. I came across the most beautiful bedroom set I had ever seen and just knew it was beyond my reach. The salesman came over and informed me it had just been reduced, and the price just blew me away. I thought for sure, they would make up the difference on other fees, tax, delivery, set up or hauling my old stuff away. Nope, the price included the bedroom set, tax, delivery, set up and hauling away my old stuff. I won't shop anywhere else except Basista's. Great Quality at a fair price...
