I recently made our family's third major B&K Bicycle purchase, and remain delighted with the knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly professional service and advice I always receive there. We describe the rider's experience, expectations of the machine and it's intended use, and are always directed to a machine that matches all of these, and more. I have also purchased numerous parts and accessories from B&K, and have been greatly assisted in my choices, and with installation. I once brought a "free" used bicycle to B&K for a tune-up, and was thoughtfully advised that it was not of the type that they carried equipment for. They did, however, advise me on what I might do to render it serviceable with some parts on hand, and it has been a good "beater" for my college student. They listened closely and did their best to help me accomplish my objective. When I finally give up my old '70's racer, it's replacement will be from B&K Bicycle Co.. I can imagine no better shop to provide for the exacting and very personal choices in a quality bicycle. Thanks B&K!

What a great adventure we had when getting a bicycle with my 9 year old grandson. He was treated with such respect while deciding what bike was just right for him. And a complimentary course on Bicycle Maintenance 101 was icing on the cake.

I visited B & K Bicycle Shop after searching for the equipmwent that I wanted in three other places. B & K was the only one of the four that had exactly what I needed. In one case, B & K made a special order for me, and then called up in only a few days to let me know that the equipment had arrived. They showed a concern for my needs that was not evident in the other bike stores I visited. If you want to visit a bike shop where you will get better individual attention, try B & K. I enjoyed the shop, and I think that you will be happy with your selection.
