We produce intricate net and near-net metal parts using an investment casting process where a range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal is used. These include several grades of carbon and alloy steels, tool steels, austenitic and martensitic stainless steels, parity high stainless steels, cobalt alloys, nickel-copper, high alloy nickel, alloy 600, brass, bronze, aluminum and aluminum magnesium. Some of the different parts it makes include compressors, cranes, door hardware and hinges, hand tools, industrial clamps, medical supplies, pumps and impellers and valves.
