I just took a car I just bought from Autos Direct four days ago to Pinnacle Auto Repair in Lyndhurst. The mechanic took a look under the hood and said the engine had caught on FIRE!!! The issue that likely caused it HAS NOT been corrected, so it could have started on fire at any point as we were driving it. It has a front exhaust manifold problem, fuel line leaking, antifreeze leaking and a broken crossover pipe. They let me drive away with my children in this immensely hazardous vehicle. I contacted the dealership, and the owner has agreed to tow away the vehicle so I do not have to endanger myself or my family by driving it over. He also agreed to issue me a full refund. This was a very stressful and scary experience for me and my family, and I will be glad once it's all over.

I purchased a 2004 Durango from them. The truck was clean and delivered as promised. No guess work or surprises. Very easy to buy from. I would buy from them again. Good service and a very good price. There was no pressure to buy from my salesman Jeff P. Very friendly sales staff.

My name is Tonya and my Sales Rep was Juan...I purchased a 2001 PT Cruiser on January 23, 2013 that I saw advertised online...The cost of the car was in my price range, so I decided to go view the car. When I met my car (I now call Purple Rain), it wasn't what I expected; it was loud, and the heat was not working at all. But, I really liked the car, so Juan promised to have the heat fixed and to my surprise they fixed the exhaust for me too!!! Today, my car runs like the Deep Blackberry Pearl the it is...I would recommend Autos Direct Online to anyone that I know looking to buy a car.

All of the people I met at Autos Direct were very friendly. I was picked up at the airport and was very pleased by the hospitality of the driver. They had my car pulled up already and handed me the keys to review it. The pictures online were very good and the car had no surprises. I was very pleased with how clean the car was and how there was no pressure while I looked it over. The salesman I delt with was Juan Rosario and even though he was very busy, he still worked to answer my questions in a timely manner. Needless to say I bought the car and drove it over 600 miles home. Could not be happier with my purchase. Very good deal and great service

Recently bought a Audi Q7 from Autos Direct. The vehicle was exactly as described online and I'm very happy with the purchase! Did a detailed inspection on site and found nothing amiss. Dan was excellent to work with and gave us plenty of time to go through the car before buying it. Got a great price, great car and a friendly sales staff to deal with. Highly suggest giving their inventory a look if you're in the area!

I recently bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Autos Direct Online, my sales person was Julie Turner. I found that the vehicle was as advertised and had a clean carfax. It needed some TLC such as brakes and tires but was able to do those things myself and still managed to spend less than something comparable. Other than a strange odor in the car and a warrantied powersteering pump I was satisfied. I would recomend them to anyone.

This is not your usual dealership. This is a fast paced operation. You need to know what you are looking for in a vehicle and the value and price your want to pay. It is up to you to take responsility for what you are buying. You do have the option to take it to a mechanic. Would recomend purchasing warranty to cover yourself. Juan was very helpful and seemed to have our best interest at heart. Would recommend to family and friends providing they follow the above mentioned advice. We are happy with the 2009 BMW 328 i with x drive. We would continue to do business with Auto Direct Online.

My vehicle was accurately described to me by my sales associate Dan McIntyre prior to my arrival to ensure accuracy and they trusted me like an old friend to take the car for a spin and have it inspected. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Autos Direct Online. I purchased yesterday a 2005 Chevy Corvette at an incredible price. The car was exactly as described on-line (minus floor mats). The entire sales staff (Dan, Julie, Natalie & Sean) were great- answering every question I had and making the entire process as simple as possible. If you are looking for a great value in a used car I would highly recommend seeing what they have available!

After spending a month searching for a vehicle on Autotrader, Craig's List and ebay, I kept ending up back at the Autos Direct Online website. The photos and description were accurate upon viewing the 2008 Saab 9-7x. Easy access to the free car fax was beneficial. My experience at Autos Direct Online was a very positive one. I found the 2008 Chevy Tahoe online and it was exactly what I was looking for. I called ahead and made arrangements to look at it and when I got there they had it waiting for me to test drive. The Tahoe was in excellent condition just as Dave said it was. I ended up trading in my pickup for the Tahoe and was on my way. I was very impressed with the number of customers that stopped in to look at vehicles and how many of those customers bought and traded vehicles while I was there.
