This place is a joke. Their drivers are rude and act like they own the road. My vehicle was all wheel drive and my husband told the driver it needed to be put on a flatbed, that it couldn't be pulled. The driver argued with my husband and stated he has towed thousands of cars, and doesn't need advice from a lawyer on how to do his job. Well, that lawyer is now suing the company for a new car because they caught it on fire pull towing it.
