Stopped in to this location for the first time ever. When the guy behind the counter walked up he said "Can I take the next person in line's order?" Since I was standing AT the counter to order I thought that was me but apparently that was another gentleman who the staff knew by name. So I proceeded to order and went to order the chicken in dressing for my mom and asked for WHITE meat and the lady tells me she can't give me white meat because they don't have that. I pointed to the menu and said it says RIGHT there she says yeah we don't have that. So the guy says yeah don't use that menu.....(insert face palm here)
So when everything I asked for wasn't available or I was told "Yeah we don't serve that at this location" I left and never returned.

So I have no idea what their food tastes like but their customer service SUCKED

This was my first time ordering food from here. The chicken was chewy. The waffles tasted like bread. I will not be going back here. Not only was the food bad the customer service was just as bad. I brought the food back. Toni asked what did I want instead? I said I would just like a refund". He said " we don't do refunds just store credits. I have never heard of a restaurant that does not give refunds. Plus he's very rude and aggressive. Never again.
