I CALLED TODAY AHEAD OF TIME AND THE DISPATCHER WHOM I THINK SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE IS DOING DIVERTED MY DRIVER SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL. SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE WORTHLESS!

Worst ever

Called today to order a cab. After 1 hour called for status and woman said there was no order and instead of trying to help just said "it's during school letting out so its going to be a while" I thought there tag line on their website says they aim to please. She acted like it was no big deal and just said ok, bye!! The more people who start to Boycott Americab maybe they will start to care. My Next stop is social media and my personal friend at 19 action news considering they have several reviews that state the same thing. The more complaints to 19 action they will do an investigation and expose their horrible business practices. I am a business owner myself and would hope people would not use my company if I were this unprofessional. They might be a big company but we have to start somewhere. Luckily I still made my flight but this was unacceptable and remember people Westlake cab has great customer service and Uber is another option.

Terrible

Don't do it. Go elsewhere. Do an uber driver instead. They were rude and forgot my order. I had important things to do and they said they thought I cancelled. They do not care at all. You can get better service at a soup kitchen with blind people working it. Sorry I'm not sorry. Go hom and cry because your a cabbie.

I called to get a price and each time both ladies were rude and hung up .. Just from that I will not be using this service.

I called at 12:20 this evening for a cab. At 1:30 when I returned the call, I was told by the dispatcher that she was still trying to find me a taxi! Were they all lost that in over an hour 1 couldn't be locat. Needless to say, by 2:30, I cancelled the order since apparently they were either overly busy or just have time to bother. So, I got to keep my money and will be making my way there tomorrow for free! Thank you Americab!

The taxi has always been on time. The drivers were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

this cab was the dirtiest cab ...

this cab was the dirtiest cab i have ever used. it smelled of cigarettes and seemed like it had not been cleaned in months. it also wasnt on time. i used this company twice in hopes of a better cab the next time, but i shall never use it again. i used united later and theirs was much better.

DO NOT GET IN THEIR CAB. I had the great misfortune to get into one of their cabs at Tower City. We asked to go to Parma. The driver, Julius, drove us all over downtown running up the meter instead of getting on 71. When we complained and asked to get out of the cab he would not stop. We asked to see his hack license and he became irate and drove like a maniac screaming all the way to Parma. As soon as we got home we complained to a supervisor. The supervisor said he would log the complaint but that nothing would happen to the driver. It would be safer to walk than ride with these reckless crazy people.
