I had an early morning flight and driver was right on time at 5:45 am. Very pleasant, courteous driver. It was a bit more expensive than I thought it should be: $56.00 from approx. Green and Fairmount. So I gave him $60 with tip. The van was large and clean and no smell of smoke. I will definitely use them again when I leave town for 6 or more days.

I needed a cab to go to a party and then home again. The booker on the phone was professional, quoted a fair price, and gave precise information about calling to get the cab home.



The cab was precisely on time, the driver was friendly, the cab was clean. When I called to arrange for a pickup the cab was there exactly when arranged.



If you need a consistent ride anywhere in Cleveland you should use this company.

I took this taxi service when I was in downtown Cleveland this past weekend. Unfortunately, I found out that I lost my wallet and had no idea where I may have left it. On Sunday, I received a phone call from the driver of the taxi the night before and he told me he found my wallet in his car and that he would like to return my wallet. I was estatic! I met with him and everything was still intact ... money and credit cards. What an honest gentlemen he was and I highly recommend their services. Thank you again for your honesty, Zak!!!
