I moved to Cleveland 9 months ago and feel fortunate to live in Larchmere, Shaker Square. Beautiful community filled with great people who are always willing to help. I was dragged into Academy Tavern by my good friend, Michael Wolfe, who owns a cool Arts Gallery across Academy Tavern. Once inside, I enjoyed the ambience, the patio and music during summer and the food. Though I generally order simple stuff, egg sandwich, Green Tea, Cheese sticks and french fries and pancake. Yeah, I can get it anywhere. But something different in the air when I go into Academy. I feel at home. I usually hang out there almost entire day. No I am not a waitress.:-))).. I am their customer using the wi-fi. You will rarely find someone with their computer there. You can sit and watch all these people from diverse backgrounds and almost wonder, how did I miss this all these years. So much history, love and life. One word, beautiful.
