Horrible Customer service. Never will go there again. Workers are rude and ghetto. I’m surprised that their still open

Got here at 8:52am on Thursday December 3rd and it's now 9:30am and nobody is here. If you're going to advertise that you open at a certain time then be professional and come on time. I have things to do and you're messing with my time. Also, how are you going to advertise "Buy one get one FREE" but don't follow through? You charged me $45.00 for one Brazilian 14" bundle and I was SUPPOSED to get the other one FREE but you tried to charge me for ANOTHER bundle and the total came up to $89.00. That's false advertisement!!! Why would you charge me for two bundles if the second bundle was supposed to be FREE!!?

Their brazilian hair bundles, terrible. Tangles, sheds too much, very thin. Never again.
