The woman taking Valentine's Day flower order was very disrespectful, rude, impatient, and didn't care about pleasing me as a customer. They were out of stock on anything I asked for such as the advertised red vases with arrangement's, and they were out of stock on balloons as well. When I asked her about preparing better for next year to better meet the needs of customers to serve customers well, she then said she really didn't care about making customers happy because she was happy with how busy they were. She became disrespectful and angry with me because they were out of stock on Friday afternoon for Sunday Valentine's Day, and told me she was too busy and to go to another florist, and hung up on me. I then called Vic's Floral, which I found out is a family owned FTD florist in Cleveland, and they had every single thing advertised and even made a custom flower arrangement. Vic's Floral was wonderful and a night and day difference to Diamond's poor service.

Asking for the perfect wedding for my daughter isn't asking too much, is it? The bouquets and arrangements were perfect! A unique color combination for her black & white wedding was stunning in the bright sunlight on a patio wedding.

Awesome! I would highly recommend this florist!
