I saw where a couple of reviewers had expressed how they had bad service with some clerks, particularly a supervisor, at this facility nearly ten years ago and I was sorry to hear that. Earlier this morning, the three of us visited this facility. My mom and my aunt had to get their driver licenses renewed while I had to get a sticker for my license plate. When we arrived there, there were a few people who lined up at the entrance and a clerk opened the door and allowed them to enter the facility. We entered and we were greeted warmed by this lady and she even assisted people, including us, in checking in, using the nearby kiosk. There were two other ladies working there. All three ladies were friendly and professional! They kept the line moving efficiently and customers were delivered very fast service…we didn’t wait very long at all. I don’t know the names of those three ladies, but this one lady seemed like she was the supervisor there. She had excellent knowledge of the services there. These ladies were literally doing two to three different jobs there and that’s a lot to do for just three clerks and the constant flow of customers who showed up for BMV services. The clerks were very friendly with us and were fascinated that they helped all three of us who had the same last name: PRICE. They briefly handled our requests and it seemed like we knew these clerks for years! I especially liked the atmosphere of the facility…inspiring plaques and signs, such as “Bee Kind” and “Work Hard, Stay Humble.” It was a clean place to be while waiting to be called. Overall, we enjoyed briefly talking with these clerks and even some of the other customers who were waiting with us. The three of us left the facility with a pleasant experience! Awesome job, ladies! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I regretted going there. They were ridiculously slow in everything and ill-mannered. I almost felt that they were slacking up purposefully. Who needs 20 minutes to scan a document that's only 4 pages? The other employees were at least smiling. The supervisor had a I-HATE-YOU face all the time and was extremely inefficient whenever her signature was needed. She had to call her supervisor so many times for things that she didn't know. They spent an hour and 20 minutes in just getting my license renewed. How did you become a supervisor on this site when you were so ignorant about your job? I saw other people were accepted in a good manner by the other employees. So I'm giving this one star here to just the woman that seemed to be the supervisor. I wish I had her name and I had a zero star option for her.

It's extremely unfortunate that the two girls ( one being a supervisor ) were ever hired. I left without doing what I entended to do because of their AWFUL,GHETTO,attitudes. I was very kind to the supervisor asking her about her day etc and another unfortunate employee was whispering about my ( too cheerful) attitude. I so badly wish I had their names. It's RIDICULOUS you both feel too good to do THE SIMPLE work you're paid to do. Why work in customer service if you lack the skills and CLEAR ease to complete easy tasks with a positive attitude. I'm so sorry for inconveniencing you both. I will NEVER use this location again. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!!!!!
