A local favorite. The staff are amazing. I made a claim and they found out all of the information much more quickly than my previous insurance agencies, and Leslie White, the owner, is a very personable man. I ended up getting more coverage for less money than my last companies, and with White Insurance I didn't have to wait for such a long time. Apparently they serve people from further north than Decorah to down in Cedar Rapids. The staff are so nice I might just end up stopping by just to say "hello." To sum it up: fast service, good return, honest, and amazing staff. A++
