FANTASTIC business to work with!!! Called Thursday, had a tech at my house first thing Friday morning. Ben and Jason were super friendly, very helpful, and extremely informative. They gave me lots of useful info so I could make the best informed decision on which new unit to purchase. **Special note** I really appreciated the e-mail beforehand which included the techs' name and photo, so I would know exactly who was supposed to knock on my door. You can never be too careful these days, and that little extra service provided by this company was very much appreciated! Thank you, Absolute Climate Control!

What a pickle I found myself in when two nights ago temps dropped into the single digits, my heat pump stopped working. Post hip replacement, in my 70's with degenerative arthritis & living alone, I know I'm easy prey when needing help in such a desperate situation. Terrified of being ripped off, I inquired of my neighbors for recommendations. Surprisingly, none were able to offer more than "luke warm" experiences with Heating Professionals. Finally I called one such "professional" who promised to come yesterday. Almost nine p.m. and, word finally comes that he can't make it. Left with little choice than vetting prospects via internet search, I did the best I could to discern who to call. Jason at ABSOLUTE CLIMATE CONTROL responded and offered to come immediately, which was most kind & caring of my predicament, however, I told him that the morning would be soon enough. Limping with my cane, I'd prepared for the night by hauling in many wheel barrows full of fire wood. My wood stove was running full blast. Morning arrived and Jason came AS PROMISED. He efficiently went about problem-solving for my 20 plus year old heat pump. Soft spoken, genuine, & most likable were assets that were just icing on the cake. This man is not only intelligent, but has the rare ability to see and solve problems like a puzzle. Jason inspected all components of the system -- crawling in my crawlspace, outside in frigid temps with the heat pump. He even took apart my thermostat & checked the settings on my woodstove! Jason corrected multiple problems, got my heat up and running like it has never run before! INTELLIGENT, CARING, THOROUGH, & VERY LIKABLE IS PLENTY TO DEMONSTRATE IN ONE'S CRAFT THESE DAYS -- BUT JASON GOES EVEN FURTHER. HE PRESENTED ME WITH A BILL THAT WAS SO INCREDIBLY "FAIR" THAT IT SEEMED UNFAIR (in my favor) FOR ALL THE WORK HE DID! In my seven decades on this earth, I can't recall ever thinking that about service received! Five stars is insufficient for Jason's "grade",, but along with five stars, Jason does have my undying gratitude along with STRONG recommendations to anyone who desires such personable, caring, intelligent, & HONEST service at a very fair price!!
