He sold us a washer and dryer that do not work. Stated he gives a guarantee and then does not follow through. I contacted him numerous times and he said he would come fix them but then blocked me on Facebook. Very shady and refuses to fix the items he sold. Definitely one not buy from this con artist.

Sold us non working washer and dryer. Did not keep his word on the 90 day warranty. Working now on speaking to a lawyer regarding his company and our money. Don't buy from him.



He lied and said he had a death in the family and he'd be back on Friday, then Monday, then April 10th. I tracked his fb and his wife's. Then we created a new offer up account and acted as though we wanted a washer and dryer asap. He said he could deliver that Monday, it was Saturday night, proving that he was not out of state and no one died.



When he realized it was us, he said he'd drop off the dryer and that we were STALKING him.



Disgusting. Don't deal with him.

This guy is a thief and a fraud liar... he sold me two washing machines that never worked and states it is my electricity causing the issue. this guys named is Dennis Roggenkamp... he is a fraud and will ignore all of your calls, ignore your texts and ask like he doesn't owe you anything. this guy is refusing to give me back my money or replace the machine that is not working. the machine never worked and he is refusing to do anything about it. I am upset he is still in business and has done this to many people.
