The people in here really love animals and they all have their own stories about their pets. I like hanging out in here, I learn from the staff so many things too.

Called and got a price of $50 each for grooming. Mentioned sensitive skin and was told they had oatmeal shampoo or we could bring our own. Took the dogs in and the bill was $66 each. Grooming was $50, but brush out was an extra $10 and the oatmeal shampoo an extra $6. I've never known a groomer to charge extra to brush out after grooming, nor can I ever remember being charged $6 for shampoo. The actual grooming was 7/10, but the sticker shock for the other items is 0/10. Never again for Petco - I may be older, but I'm not senile.

I have shopped there many times, but will never again. I had an app to get my cat's claws trimmed. When I show up for the app they tell me sorry, the lady that does this had to leave early. They didn't feel the need to call and tell me this.I drove all the way there and then find this out. There are too many other options to put up with this crap. THey need to work on customer service!
