I went to English’s unsure of what I wanted to wear as a second bride. Against the co-owner, Mark’s advice, I order a dress I thought would compliment my figure. When the dress came in I was not pleased with my choice. The owners of English Bridal went over and beyond to help me. Once the dress was ordered in my size, I was responsible for paying the cost plus shipping. They offered to remake the dress in a style that flattered me, but the color I chose could not be changed. To my surprise, Mark and his wife assured me they would do anything to make me a happy bride. My wedding was in two weeks! I tried on every dress in my size, and with their help, I found the perfect dress. I cannot thank them enough for working with me! I will never forget your kindness. You truly help make our day wonderful!
