The previous review is a misapplication by a novice installer. We supported them with many installation guidelines as shown in our technical manual and catalog.

We ordered 4 inlet ducts to mount onto a 8 ft diameter tank. When they arrived, the ducts were not rounded to fit the tank. They were actually FLAT. We returned the ducts only to be told a good duct person would have been able to bend and force the prefabricated ducts to fit??? I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT I PAID FOR!!! A good duct manufacturer would have built them to fit perfectly! They sent them all back and did nothing to have the fit properly. They just returned them back to us in the same condition. We have now sent them to be properly rolled into shape. I do not suggest dealing with this company! Your better off at Norfab for quality and service.
