Went to get my nails done and the first thing I saw was them cutting a lady with the nail file. It happens so I brushed it off. So I had them do a full set for me. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. The acrylic was completely in even in both too and bottom. The paint and glitter was uneven. When I asked them to fix it, they filed a bit and said it was fixed (which it wasn't).

Let me start by saying that this salon came highly recommended. With that said, I honestly couldn't tell you why.. I was a walk in but there were only two other people in there when I arrived. The pedicure went fine although it was not the best pedicure I've had. Onto my nails.. She placed the top way too far down, were talking half way down my nail bed. She didn't file around the cuticle all that well either. When you try to explain how you want something done, they argue because "they know what they're doing". I caved to avoid further aggravation. She applied the gel, sent me to a machine and started on someone's feet. My nails dried clumpy and had tons of brush strokes. She acted aggravated when I asked her to file it down and reapply the gel. I did not catch her name. Communication is lacking as well as the English language. Today is day 5 and yesterday I noticed that almost every nail is lifting around the cuticle. Not happy!! Your nails should not lift, much less after 4 days! Next time I will go to alvarado and if I'm in hurry I just won't go at all. I have not been to a single nail salon in Cleburne that I'm happy with.

This is my first time I went in visible nails. I try alot people in there likes: Hannah, Taylor and Tiffany! I didn't like the way they do my nails. Hannah do too thick not takes a times with you and her english is suck too. Taylor makes you waiting along times even you have appointment too. Tiffany do ugly shape of nails and ugly designs too! I come back again and give them another chances. Taylor tells me to try Tracy. I says ok, then tracy looks at me and smile and says with her cute voices and says what service I wanted to do? I told her wanted pedicure and fullset and any cute design she can surpise me. She did it and I love it. Even the nails shape I like it too. It's looks natural and very thin that the way I wanted it! Everyone thought it my real nails! So I recommend everyone come and see Tracy, she'll make you happy the ways she do it to you!

My pedicure was great. They are very friendly. Nice clean atmosphere. Loved it.
