When I complained about being insulted, and about a billing problem, I was yelled at by office staff to the point that I left in tears, and stayed that way for more than an hour. They made no attempt to understand the situation, to appologize, they called us lyers, saying that we were not insulted or yelled at. Even though my husband and I definetely experienced it. We were stunned. they just yelled and pointed at us, even telling us we were acting like three year olds, and that one said that around hear you get what you give. This office was the farthest from professional that I have ever seen. I have never in my life experienced anything even close to this. it was a night mare, we will never return, which is very sad, because the dentist has always done a great job for us, but the support staff for sure needs to be replaced. This statement is 100 percent true, and only the last vist that we had, we have experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from the same people on previous visits, but no to this extreme.
