Got good product, beauty rest firm. Salesman very knowledgeable and honest about what mattress max has to offer the public, will & have told others about mattress max. Prices are better than expected. General manager Chris, great salesman .

Overall experience was great. I love the mattress and the delivery was on the day scheduled. Even though it arrived in the early evening, Bubba was very courteous and even put it together for us. I was very happy with the whole experience.

February, 2017 I bought twin beds for my twin grandsons. I wanted to purchase low profile box springs, so I had to wait for those to come in for delivery. I highly recommend this store. DeLeon was very friendly and easy to work with and kept me posted as to when there would be delivery and was right on time.

Could not be happier with the service here at Mattress Max! It was my first time looking for a new mattress so I wasn't really sure what I was looking for. The new store manager was the gentleman that helped me and he was absolutely fantastic. After talking for a moment and laying on a couple mattresses I found the perfect one! And to my surprise it was cheaper then anyone I had seen at some of the other mattress stores! We then began to look at financing and before you know it I was approved for the bed!!! With no credit!!!! This was 3 weeks ago and I have never felt better after a nights rest. The customer service here was phenomenal and the financing was everything he said it would be. Thank you Mattress Max!

My wife and I came to this store looking for a king size bed room suit. The staff were well informed and we're great. Thank you so much were looking forward to coming back to buying new furniture for the rest of the house. Thanks john and Renee

We purchased a mattress from Mattress Max on Jan 17 2017. We knew we wanted a memory foam bed. Talked with Chris who is a part owner. He told me about the company that makes the mattress we liked, We left to go do some research about the company. Everything he told me turned out to be fact. Purchased the mattress the next day. There was a glitch in the two day delivery they told me. Wound up taking five days but, they compensated us for it. We did not fault him because he can't control delivery or supply in the warehouse.

So having read old reviews I went to the store anyways to see for myself. The new manager informed me that the old manager was gone and the store is under new ownership. That being said my wife and I purchased a new K Mattress set. We felt it was a good deal. Bubba delivered it and it is great.

The one star is too many! This place is the sketchiest place I've ever dealt with. They took $40 from me for an application fee and told me I could get the money back within 5 days if I changed my mind. I did change my mind and went back the next day. The man I dealt with was not there and was told I had to deal with him only. He said he would be back the next day. The next day I went back and he was there. He tells me they do not keep any cash in the store at all. That I will have to come back yet again tomorrow and he guarantees he will have my money. I go back the next day and it's the other guy again. He knows nothing about my money and then insults me. Asking me in a rude tone if I know how to read. I tell him to get the man I dealt with on the phone. He calls someone and tells me it's the man I asked him to call. I have to go to the other Cleburne store and they will be able to help me. I go to the other store and this guy tells me the man I dealt with originally is in the hospital..... He calls his district manager or that is what he tells me, who knows at this point. He tells me I can have free pillow but he can't give me cash. Of course I want my money they stole from me not a pillow. He tells me the man I originally dealt with should be back tomorrow and to talk to him to see if he has a better answer. I go back the next day and there he is. I guess he had a miraculous recovery and went from the hospital to back to work in an evening. Of course he doesn't have any cash he says. I'm so frustrated and just tired of going up there at this point. All they are doing is giving me the run around and I know I'll never see my money. I asked if the pillow offer still stood and I just took it to not have to deal with them anymore. Please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere. The worst and most dirty service I've ever seen in my life

My wife and I purchased a K Mattress there from Chris. He was very helpful and took his time finding us the right bed. Our bed was in stock and we took it home the same day. Great service and great prices. Recommend.

Very bad experience !! Went to mattress Max in Cleburne Texas, because my wife wanted a new bed for Christmas. After looking through their inventory, we asked the sales person for his opinion. We decided on the best bed they had, "says the sales person "... after $2200, the mattress was to be delivered the following Friday between 2-4..
That was only two days away. It never happened !! I went back up to the store, and ask when my mattress would be delivered ?? I was told there was a mistake, I'll receive it between 3-6. NEVER HAPPENED !!
I went back up to the store at 6:58, two minutes before they closed. I was asked " did you get my message?? ". He said he sent us a message saying the sales person was running late and would be at my house within 20- minutes!! THERE WAS NO MESSAGE AT ALL !! The within 20- minutes, NEVER HAPPENED!!! Now, the store was closed, and we still have no mattress. An hour latter we finally got a call from the delivery man. NOW HE CANT FIND OUR HOUSE !!! WE LIVE LESS THAN A MILE DOWN THE SAME ROAD MATTRESS MAX IS ON !!.... REALLY... He finally gets there , and when we went outside we see one man trying to carry a $2200 dollar 13- inch king size mattress.. DRAGGING ONE END ACROSS THE CONCRETE !!!! So I run out and stop the man. I help him get it into the house and when we took off the plastic my wife noticed a dark stain on the end that was dragged. "She got the stain out , but really ?? " The deliveryman did not bring everything that was purchased. I was told , to make another trip to the store tomorrow for the rest of my purchase .." it's not over "... Then we get a call from the finance company, asking if the mattress was delivered. Yes it was. Then we were told we owed our first payment upon delivery !! REALLY!! That was not the deal that was made ... we put down over $1000, two days before this. !!!
Mattress max in Cleburne Texas, has been a big pain in our backside from the start !!! Very bad experience !!

My husband and I bought a kind size from them, they had a lot to choose from and the service was excellent, gave us a deal and everything! A month later we bought a twin from them for my son, and they were super awesome about it, there was a problem with pick up, so to make up for it they gave us free delivery! Really a great business.
