He was misleading about my case encouraging me to accept deferred adjudication. He advised that once it was completed I could have the charge expunged, which is a total lie. He took advantage of my naivety. Now I can’t get a job, lost my professional liscene and still ended up with a 10 years probation. He did not fully explain the ramifications of my plea agreement. He is unethical and should lose his right to practice law.

Tyler will take over 5 grand and swear to fight for custody until he is blue in the face then will try to charge you more money after agreeing to a flat fee. He was impossible to get a hold of when needed. I mean weeks if not over a month leaving messages on 3 different lines to include texts and messages on his personal cell. This jerk left me broke and not even close to what I wanted and what he promised.

Very unorganized! Used them to file guardianship for my son who is a minor after his father was killed. Not only did they file the wrong form and refuse to give me a refund, they filed my son as incapacitated instead of a minor!! The attorney said, I charge $350 to file the form, "the end"!!! File the wrong form!! I had to re-file and pay filing fees! I am filing a grievance complaint with the Texas Bar association. Then we can say "The end"!!
