I was treated badly. Even told I was acting childishly. I came back in after being sold the wrong belt for my mower after explaining the one he sold me was too long during the initial sale. I even showed him right there. I even brought my old belt with me along with the model number. Instead of exchanging or getting me another belt. I asked the owner point blank if he wanted to help me. His answer was a flat out "NO". He doesn't care if you get the right part, only that he makes the sale. This place will not look after the customer’s best interest. I had been a customer there for over 5 years. Never had I been treated so poorly. All I wanted was the correct belt. But what I got was pointed to a sign on the wall that probably said "all sales final". Buyers beware !!!
