I had a puncture in the side wall of my new SUV tire. I took it to one tire shop that said that the tire couldn't be repaired be cause it was in the sidewall. That store didn't care my brand of tire, I called around and no one had one. I saw the tire on Super tire website. I e- mailed them and they e-mailed me back quickly and told me that they could get me the tire the same day. I got the tire installed the same day. The price for the tire was good, and the service was quick efficient. I will go back to them to buy more tires.

I bought 4 used tires that I was told still had 70% of their tread. 70 days later, the car started wobbling.My trusted mechanic told me the front tires were 'separated' and needed to be replaced.



I went back to SuperTires where they told me only one front tire was bad. They replaced it but when I called my mechanic and was told again that both tires needed to be replaced, Dino, the Super Tires manager said to me, "Tell him to send his technician down here to show me where the tire is bad! It's fine and I don't appreciate being called a liar." Then he stormed out.



I had my mechanic check the tire again and he showed me where it was bubbled out. He called Dino who said he would replace it. I went back to Super Tires where I was treated coldly. Dino did not even speak to me but whispered in his tech's ear while pointing at my car and laughed.



There was no apology and when I asked the tech if he saw the bubbles, he said, "Nah, we just replaced the tire."



Very bad experience.
