Education ~ Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN), Florida State University Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Florida State University Experience ~ Sarah began her career on a cardiac progressive care unit in Tallahassee, Florida where she worked for 2 years. After moving to Tampa, she worked as an Emergency Department nurse for 3 years. During her educational preparation for her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, she completed clinical rotations in acute care, family practice, pediatrics, women's health, internal medicine and geriatrics. Currently she has been working in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics in the office, rehab, and long term care setting for over a year as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
