Abandonment. Called me on the day of my long awaited appointment and after I gathered my medical history and a list of medications I'd been taking for 3 months and cancelled my appointment the very morning it was scheduled. That is bad practice on apart of Florida Spine Institute. I was not even given the option of 30 days to find another physician. He and his group are still charging me for a procedure I had last year that they did not get cleared by my insurance. So I am paying them monthly for their ineptitude and I am not even a patient in their group. They have many physicians in their practice and they refused to give me the consideration of any one of them. All because I asked for another physician two times. Their answer to my pleases for services is that they are a private group.
Also a failure to treat on the part of their Neurologist. I was to have a neurostimulator placed but somehow never made it on the schedule the three times I inquired about it.
Poor practice MDs do not chart about patient's progress and do not follow up with their therapies. It's just a pill mill.

On 2/24/2015 I had my second caudal and after a week I finally received relief. It has been months since I have had any relief from my pain in my legs and back even with the meds I was taking I never did get complete relief. I finally feel I can go on a cruise and enjoy myself as I have very little pain that can be controlled now with medicine that before the caudal, the medicine only relieved it enough that I existed. So if you are wondering if its worth the try, I say “try it” The relief I have has been wonderful.

Dr. Hanna has been a great asset for helping keeping my pain under control. I have been seeing him for a few years now and he has gotten my pain level down greatly. I thank him for all he does and his P.A.’s are great also. I thank God for finding Dr. Hanna, I would prolly be in a wheelchair if not for his help.

With this procedure I have had about a 60% decrease in my daily pain. I am now able to do more on a daily basis. It was a comfortable process and procedure with little down time.

My pain level was originally a 10 out of 10. Today after my procedure I have at least 75% relief which is now manageable.

I have had recurring pain from the RSD in my legs, bilterally. Dr Hanna, Loretta, and the rest of the staff have been extremely sympathetic and helpful with the treatment and recovery from this terrible affliction. The ketamine infusions, combined with daily drug therapy have made a massive difference in my level of pain and quality of life.

I have generally had moderate to good pain relief following muscle and disc injections with and without C-Med sedation. All of the C-Med staff have been kind and attentive. Following radiofrequency Ablation procedure, I enjoyed 6 months of pain relief

His staff, from front office to the girls who help with your treatment are angels on earth! So caring and gentle, I can’t say in words how they make you feel! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve been seeking pain relief for 15 years. Some Dr.’s they don’t seem to care, or they look at you as another cry baby, not so with Dr. Hanna! I thank Heaven I found you!

My RFA was a big success, unbelievable. My life has improved tremendously.

Since I have been coming here, my body is improving very much. I am walking better, walking longer, Cleaning my house, standing longer, and raising my leg and I am able to bend over without pain. I have told many people about Dr. Hanna and his treatment.
