My verticals needed repair. I called them. Bob the Blindman showed up the next day on time,and replaced the track system. It's been 2 years since then and my verticals work better than when they were new 10 years ago. thanks, highly recommend them. They know what they're doing. Which is more than I can say about lowe's and home depot.All they wanted to do is sell me a completely new set of verticals, which wouldn't have matched the rest in the room. 119.00 verses 980.00 ! call Discount Custom Blinds Co. if your smart!

I called them, they were over to my condo within 2 hours. Bob the Blindman which he likes to be called, was very good with the suggestions on window treatments. I gave him a deposit, 10 days later the blinds were installed. "Good Job! Give him a call.
