I usually don't like coed gyms,but everyone is so nice and the people that workout there are regular people. The machines are top of the line and there are tv monitors on all the cardio equipment. I love to go on the hydro-massage bed after working out, it's worth the extra ten dollars a month, you can use it once a day for 10 minutes. Because the gym is open 24 hours, there is no excuse not to workout and there are panic buttons throughout the gym for safety. I love it! Clean, safe and affordable.
